In Quebec

  • In-store pickup is free!
  • Standard delivery (2 to 5 working days) is offered free with the purchase of $100 or more, before taxes.
  • Flat fee of $9.99 for standard delivery. (2 to 5 business days)
  • Flat fee of $12.99 for express delivery. (1 to 3 business days)

Other Provinces 

  • Flat fee of $15 for standard delivery

Order processing times

  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receiving the order. Thereafter, delivery times vary depending on the delivery method chosen. A tracking number will be emailed when the package is shipped. Allow a little more time during busier times. For example, the holiday season.

Politique de retour
  • We only refund merchandise at regular price within 15 days of receipt of your order (depending on the tracking number).
  • Sale items, accessories, underwear, gift cards, merchandise purchased during a promotion and any merchandise that does not meet the terms of accessibility for return* are considered final sales and cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered.
  • The refund will be made upon receipt of the return, if it respects the terms of accessibility to which it is constrained.
  • If the merchandise is defective, has a breakage or a stain on arrival, please take a photo and contact the customer service.

  • To be eligible for return, merchandise must:
    • Met deadlines
    • Be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unblemished or unbroken, with tags attached to garment
    • Include all its parts (accessory, belt, shoe box, if applicable). 
  • No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. In which case, refund, exchange or credit note will not be authorized. 


La démarche pour effectuer un retour

  1. Contact customer service at to obtain return authorization.
  2. Include in your email:
    1. Your surname/first name,
    2. your order number,
    3. the item and the reason for the return.
  3. If your return is accepted, an authorization number will be given to you. 
  4. Prepare your package by writing this number on the package.
  5. Go to Canada Post and send the package to this address:

  6. Track your package using the tracking number provided by Canada Post.
  7. Shipping charges are not refunded.
  8. The refund, credit note or exchange will be made upon receipt of the return, always if it respects the terms of accessibility to which it is constrained.
